Everything is just Excellent about it. From price to service everything is perfect . The Hotel provides free shutter bus that takes you straight to Masjid Al-Haram.

Nice place to stay in Makkah, around 2.5km from Haram, they have shuttle service 24 hours to Haram Clean rooms & toilets, staff is good and cooperative

Good value for money overall considering you're getting clean and modern rooms in the offered pricing. The location is a bit far from the Haram/Kaaba but they compensate it with free buses which are going every few mins and also bring you back to the hotel. However, the absence of any breakfast or meals is a big downer (considering there are only couple of takeaways/restaurants nearby and no bakeries) and the main reason of this being a 4-star rating.

If you cannot speak Arabic do not waste your time. I booked this place for 4 nights. They never cleaned my room even though I put up the sign. I had to beg everyday for a bath towl. I have to go from person to person and before I can even explain what I need they just judge you and say NO ENGLISH NO ENGLISH. I wish I would play a video of how I had to walk around the hotel trying to just get a simple towl. I was impressed of the way the place looks the first day I came here but I make a promise to ensure every person that I know that comes to Makka to NEVER EVER book this place. The sad part is that the bad service is from the front desk to the cleaners and even security.

May The Almighty Allah bless the management that their service of Bus to the Masjid Al Haram 24/7 and there are many buses one after the other available. The transport service provided by the hotel is excellent. Jazaakh Allah Khair Olayan diamond Hotel. Maabdah.
