I come to Yanbu regularly for work, and I visited Novotel multiple times. Unfortunately, the second time was a bit of a disaster. I booked three nights, and the first one was in 221.
I checked the room before deciding to take it. It was clean and looked good. But the following day, when preparing to work, I found that the bathroom wasn’t functional. The ventilator wasn’t working, the showerhead was broken, it leaked water, and the sink was blocked. I even couldn’t do Wodu’ properly or brush my teeth.
When I went to ask to change the room, they told me you could wait until other guests did the checkout, even though I am a platinum guest. So I left in the middle of my duty to try getting a new room with a functional bathroom. Eventually, I got a new room 216, and the wardrobe was broken, so I gave up. Please do your maintenance regularly to avoid such an experience.
