Nice concept, new, smart rooms, smart AC, technology heavily used in good way. Only downfall is breakfast, only set menu is available, they don’t serve it in full and it takes ages to get your food!

Location is good to access Dahran and Khobar. Hotel lobby/hall is unique, I always love to sit there for personal or official meetings. Inside view from the rooms is also unique. Meeting rooms and other facilities are also good. Room service menu and taste is ok.

The place is super clean and staff is nice. I also liked the variety of breakfast options. What I mind is willingness of staff to help with whatever request I had, e.g. to check if an additional change to the reservation can be done. Each time I asked about something, I was told by staff member that they need to talk to management and that they return to me, waiting for me just to leave after saying this. Nobody has ever got back to me and I needed to ask repeatedly, while staff was just always referring to management. The management is not very forthcoming and I was usually ignored, or the response was that they can not help me.

The hotel was fine but unlike the experience of an earlier review the wifi was appalling. Often I could could only get 1 MPS download. This is impossible to maintain good business.
