They have a structure that cannot even understand the appointment time, we made the guest wait for hours and then they called and contacted us again asking if we can keep you waiting for 1 hour. Maybe it is a very wrong term to say that they are an institution with zero service, a monument of frivolity, an empty institution where promises are not kept. Again, there is absolutely no communication, suggestion or anything else. You can have all the transactions done elsewhere, for which there are many alternatives. Definitely do not even CONTACT us.
