The service by wed in the reception was fantastic and the highlight of the trip . If your coming for a quick visit reasonable priced and quick hotel which is clean this is the place. The rooms are outdated although cleanliness and service are fantastic .

I had an Iftar meal with my company everything was okay with the arrangement with Ms.Manal she is very humble. As for the food unfortunately it was not that good we thought as a well-known hotel they would take care of the quality.

Located in Jeddah, Mövenpick Hotel offers a luxurious stay with its elegant accommodations, impeccable service, and convenient location. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality. The rooms are spacious, modern, and well-appointed, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring the city. The dining options are exceptional, with a variety of cuisines to suit every palate. Overall, my experience at Mövenpick Jeddah was good but I think the restaurant staff can be better. As a platinum member I'm entitled for the weekend breakfast but I wasn't allowed and I had a coffee and they charged me for that.

The staff was welcoming and friendly. The hotel is quite old and some parts are a bit dated. The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was good and the pool and gym were fine. The location is ok, walking anywhere in Jeddah is hard as crossing roads is not easy. It was easy enough to take taxis.

Stayed here after our umrah trip with 3 young kids. Staff went above and beyond. Waait at the reception took in our family needs and she made our stay very comfortable, huge thank you to her! Breakfast was a decent selection and Ali at the restaurant was very very accomadating and welcoming and always keeping an eye we are happy as well as all the restaurant staff and room service staff were excellent. Rooms however are decent size but bathrooms are very dated and I personally ws not very comfortable. I would purely recommend this hotel only because of the staff and their customer service otherwise quality wise I think it needs some upgrading to hit the standard as a 4 star.

Welcome to Movenpick hotel Jeddah, I visited this hotel in last July 2022. The hotel doesn't provide valley parking and the parking area for the hotel is 50 meters away from the hotel. The hotel doesn't provide a massage service. The hotel has one outdoor swimming pool only for the men and they have 1 gym which had different timings for the men & ladies.
