the worst place for staying. We booked through phone. when we came they give us the key and we got shocked when seeing the room. poor cleaning, dust everywhere, smelling so badly, bug in washroom, no elevator and we noticed plenty of bugs. otherwise we payed for our room and they refused to refund it. Sincerely

Worst hotel Ever, please don’t chose this place if you have any other options. No responsibility, no timings, no one to respond the issues. I have been to several hotels in the kingdom, this one is the worst. Reception staff don’t know anything, very irresponsible. My check-in was delayed more than 3 hours due to them. Lot of other families are also kept waiting because of the irresponsible behavior of staff.
