Mirage Hotel Jeddah

We are really overwhelmed by this hotel and staying here for more than 10 times in last 2 years . I really appreciate their service . But recently when we got there after few months the carpets were really bad . We reported the problem to the cleaning staff but it was not their problem . Carpets should be washed atleast once in a year and most probably they should be changed yearly.It have turned to mud colour .even though we were using the superior suit room it was really uncomfortable to walk bare footed since the carpet stink. My humble request to the hotel management to kindly wash and maintain the room carpets properly and keep your standard .All your other services are 5/5 . Thankyou

We arrived in Jeddah and went to the Mirage Hotel. The environment here is very beautiful. They treated us well. Hotel fares are very low

Renewed hotel with nice staff .I recommend it .the pace is clean and the atmosphere is wonderful.

By far the WORST PLACE you would stay in! NEVER ever consider this hotel to stay or you will be in hell! No customer service, location is very bad, rooms are hideous and like you are staying in a motel! I asked for shower gel and towels, more than 1 hour to bring, and they tell me that each guest has 1 shower gel per day and extra will be charged! Safe not working and repaired everyday, iron board like attached, Blankets are old, hotel design is ugly, everything is old! Bathroom is like you entered an old movie, you can hear the water in the pipes, I don't know how this so called hotel gets 4 stars I wouldn't even give it 0 stars! Unfortunately I booked it and paid before entering to hell with my own legs! The problem is they treat customers that they never stayed in an hotel! The worst hotel by far Update: after 2 days brother Anwar apologized for the misunderstanding and he thought it was a policy of the hotel.
