Millennium Madinah airport Hotel

Expensive hotel for what it offers. Located far from everything. Service from the reception staff is poor and they are lazy, not helpful at the check in. Restaurant is a disaster, we had to complain and we are not recommending this hotel. Management should replace the people at reception, they are giving a very bad impression with their rude attitude. Find somewhere else.

This hotel needs a better management team to control their staff. It’s very disappointing to ask for a dental kit and a hair comb and wait for a whole hour without receiving the requested items. I have been calling them back every 20 minutes to follow up, and every time I get a response “the staff is in your floor coming with the items.” I even waited outside the door waiting for the items. Ultimately, I didn’t receive anything.

I’ve been to motels that way too better than this so called a “hotel” Very unprofessional and uncooperative, make you feel like if you’re staying in for free… Having an issue with the AC unit not cooling and making noise which will be uncomfortable to make you have a pleasant and quiet rest after a long day of travel! Maintenance only came in to turn off and on the unit… what a close up check up!!! Would never suggest it and hopefully I don’t have to end up in here again ^_^ No hard feelings, it’s just an honest review.

I booked this hotel for 4 nights stay but I had to leave early so we only spent 3 nights and tbh it didn’t satisfy me since I was expecting it to be a 5 star hotel but they treated us so badly. the most important reason was shuttle service since we also had to go to Haram and it was 30 minutes far. The shuttle only dropped us and didn’t pick us up as they told us. I called the receptionist but they didn’t help me and kept lying. I was with my old mother who was sick and requested the receptionist to do something about it but they refused to help. We paid coming back from the local bus. It was very frustrating. The staff was not cooperative and simply refused to help they didn’t even compensate us for this inconvenience. The next morning I tried to approach the manager at 8 am Saturday to discuss this matter but one guy with glasses at the reception was very rude to me. He even talked me down and I felt like I wasted my money and time. They need to work on their customer service a lot. Also the room when we checked in didn’t have any coffee, tea or sugar sachet. It was missing basic amenities like cups and glasses. The carpet was stained and bath tub was so dirty. I highly doubt this is a 5 star hotel. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone for even a single night as they are charging a lot and it doesn’t worth. Please listen to my review and do not book this hotel.

Not recommended at all. Save your money,time and energy, do not stay here. The staff here is careless, lazy and do not care about the guests at all whether it is house keeping, room service or guest services. I have had multiple bad experiences in only 24 hours from all the above mentioned departments here. They welcomed me here with a dirty room. The room I checked in was not clean,layer of dust was on the tables and the sofas. Upon complaining twice the housekeeping staff came to clean the room who himself was stinking, so unhygienic. The management do not ask their workers to keep themselves clean. Upon ordering just a bowl of salad at 10:45 pm at a hotel where few guests stay (since most of the people go to haram) it took them an hour to sent it, i literally had to call and inquire if they have forgotten my order somehow. The housekeeping hardly picks up the phone and upon complaining to the shift supervisor too there is no action taken. I think they do not care about the reputation of their hotel at all. Not recommended at all.
