This hotel has very poor service because there is no one in reception. No one answers in reception, so I went myself to check several times but the guy is irresponsible and always not available. I don't know whether any receptionist is there or not and no safety because no security or janitorial services or housekeeping services available. Nod even towel or basic stuffs in the room Hope this message will reach the management as this is bothering the visitors who require services. Hotel is excellent, Neat and clean but without any services or no one around for any help if needed
