Pros- tasty food ,amazing view out The window, comfy beds, good shuttle service. Friendly staff Cons-Housekeeping were lazy and avoided cleaning the rooms. The food is limited especially in suhur. There was a lot of pasta and rice. There needs to be lighter options like cheese, yogurt and baked goods rather than just food from iftar.

Hotel in general is nice. Elegant & good furniture and decor, but reception guy was rude, and I got the very small room there is no space literally to go between beds. One my friend was lucky he stayed before and got good room, so best of LUCK.

Simply outstanding. Excellent service by the hotel. They truly do look after all of your needs. They shuttle schedule to Haram is punctual and well thought out. But you need to have discipline to follow it. The breakfast offers a decent variety. Food ordered via room service is amazing and extremely well priced.
