Its been more than 2 months that i am staying here and today thought of giving a review which i felt about hotel.
1-) Nice location
2-) Nice lobby
3-) Rooms are spacious
4-) Service is OK
5-) pool, gym, open roof, massage, sauna bath facilities available but haven't tried yet bcz of job schedule
6-) Restaurant breakfast: only fixed menu specifically arabic breakfast available which you cannot eat same if you are staying for long period of time (menu is changing on daily basis, only 2,3 items but then again those are arabic dishes which everyone is not fond of)
7-) Room to Room isolation is not proper, if a person is smoking in other room the smell comes to your room also, The most ANNOYING and IRRITATING moment for me, same goes for noises.
8-) The fragrance in lobby is very nice but as you enter the path ways of rooms of different floors or even in some rooms you will experience some old type smell which i don't know they don't want to rectify.
9-) Laundry is very expensive even though they return you on the same day
10-) interaction with reception staff is going very good except with one which after instructions from managers is now OK but reception should always be very updated in terms of communication skills and how to operate system properly
11-) mini bar facility is daily and free available in rooms
12-) got discount after 1 month after negotiations with manager :)
13-) experience is going well almost all the staff knows me now bcz of long stay :p things were easier after discussion with managers and some staff regarded me themselves bcz of me being old customer but some are still stick to system ( anyhow what can we do for those they are also doing job) but here comes the public/customer dealing, that if you know the customer has stayed for long then compensate beyond the system.
14-) Extremely slow WIFI
