First of all, all my reviews have been a five stars. I have been to many hotels 3-5 stars rated and this one is by far the worst. Management does not take any issues seriously, when manger is requested no one was bothered to call him. The room cleanliness/hygiene were not up to proper standards. 2 am in the morning and the party was going on next door, girls screaming (not going to go in details) loud music and management were not able to shut it down or at least bring it down a notch. I really thought these kind of acts were highly discouraged I would strongly advise to avoid this hotel if you are looking for a peaceful night sleep or trying to stay with a family. I have stayed at 4 different hotels while in the country and this one should be on any list, it’s below 0 if I really could

Worst experience ever. Its a scam. I booked a suite and wanted to cancel through Agoda. Visited property before check in and asked to cancel, they said reservation manager is not available come tomorrow. 90% chances are he will accept the cancellation request from Agoda. Next day the team at reception said reservation manager is on vacation. No one from reservation answers when cancelling or modifying the booking. Very unprofessional. Totally opposite of how hospitality industry suppose to be.

Welcome to Iridium 70 Hotel, I visited this hotel in the last week of August 2022. This is a 4-star hotel but includes everything in it. The hotel has a Starbucks franchise in the lobby. The Hotel provides Massage service and has Sauna, Gym, and outdoor swimming pool on the roof. The restaurant is also located at the top.
