IBIS HOTEL YANBU with total great experience, all staff are accommodating and professional. Special thanks to Sherif of Account Department for quick support regarding my concern. I highly recommend this hotel when you will be in Yanbu, Breakfast is great and food are excellent. Thank you

The ibis had a ifftar buffet…per person the cost was 85sar…The entire experience was awesome….the cost for the food was budget friendly..the food what they offered was amazing… the ambience of the hotel was good….the staff and manager was friendly….this hotel is highly recommended

Disappointing behavior of staff. No one is attending room service. The staff refused to help luggage to the room. The room was neat and tidy but very small and needed maintenance. Overcrowded with people queued at reception. Toiletries were not available and mentioned in the restroom to call the reception but no one was getting the call. What a joke.

It is a nice 3 star hotel to spend a couple of nights during visit to yanbu. Not good for family stay with kids. OK for business tour.

Filthy room with dirty towels. One of the beds we booked turned out to be a sofa-bed and we had to go back to the check-in counter for beddings as there wasn't any. Absolutely overpriced.
