I never leave bad reviews but i do not recommend staying here. we booked our stay for 4 nights. the issues began at check in where they couldn’t find our booking after booking with expedia even though we had all the information. they said they were unable to cancel or refund it either. after issue was somewhat resolved they gave us a triple room instead of the double bed that we booked, which was simply inconvenient. the door was unlocked at one point whilst we have our valuables, passports, money, etc. inside. the room was pretty clean but carpet is badly stained throughout the whole hotel. we had to ask for a refill of our sugar packets and 2 water bottles 6 times from 7 am and finally received it in the late afternoon after saying they would bring it in 10 minutes every time. overall bad management and no proper system.

I am not sure that how Makkah Muncipility let them allow to operating due to the hygienic issues. I seen white worms moving on the floors in the bathroom early morning, that means they will be all over in their most dirty carpets everywhere. Sofas and carpets throughout hotel hall have visible dirty spots. Their shuttle service will drop you off about 10 minutes away from Kabba entrance. Price is affordable but quality is not so good. Once we were in the room and someone opened the door to get in but then the person realized we were inside and fled. I asked at the reception to find out but they couldn't find, who was that person tried to open. Not trying to betrayed them but I was worried of that situations.

Very rude Staff, there’s a Receptionist who worked at night time did not provide me with the room that I booked and when I asked him to find a solution he literally answered me:” this’s not my Father’s hotel and I don’t care”. I’m wondering how come IHG provide this hotel a franchise??? Also the hotel so so dirty you will see it starting from the reception and floor carpet.!!!!

I asked for an additional stay for half a day due to late check out reason and i paid an extra 70 sr for that, and i told the guy in the reception to not disturb us during the regular hotel check out hour, and he told me that he will put our additional stay in the system. In the next day around 1 pm while we were sleeping, somebody started to knock our room door, and he turned out to be from the hotel staff asking whether I want to extend our stay or not, I replied to him that i have already extended my stay through the reception the day before, and this is something not good at all which you have just done by knocking the door and disturbing our sleep, and he just replied that he will mark our extension in the room list and started to walk away. Then I asked him that aren't you going to apologies for this mistake, he started to smile and said it is not his mistake, it is the guy who received your extension request and not entering it in the system.

Very bad hotel room is not so clean staff don’t know how to greet and talk with customers the worst experience when we woke-up in the morning and came for the breakfast and they stopped while eating by saying there is no breakfast included, we need to go to the reception and argue because we already paid for the breakfast and after few min they saying sorry please continue. It happened 2 days continuously.
