Very nice and the staff are helpful especially front staff ( Masheil ) and her supervisor. Also the restaurant staff are professional. And the food tastes good.

Spend my Eid 2024 Holidays, Reception staff was so cooperative, offered a special breakfast that was great value for money as well variety of local and continental food. Service was great. Recreation facilities are good, steam room, gym, swimming pool etc. Thank you for your hospitality.

Loved the stay in the hotel and the hospitality. The staff were friendly, courteous and helpful, especially Mr Siddeeq. Recommended.

Rooms are large and beds are spacious. Breakfast is good and consists of variety of items, especially freshly make omelette and DOSA.

The hotel is not the newest, but still in good shape and clean. All the staff is very kind, supportive and friendly. The food is just amazing and honestly I didn't except that as Yanbu is not yet a holiday place, but mostly a working place. I had the lobster and filet mignon and it was probably one of the best meals i had the last 5 years. Definitely a place to be recommended in Yanbu. A big thanks to the whole staff to make my stay here very pleasant.
