This is my second checkin in this hotel. I had encountered a couple of issues.
Yesterday night, 10 September, I was about to checkin but the guy in the reception was not able to find my booking and said that I already checked in in the system. It took some minutes to resolve it. He don't know what to do.
After checking in, thankfully, I confirmed the breakfast time. He said 6:30am. I asked him again because I remember during my first stay, it was 6am. He insisted that it's 6:30am. Following day, I came for breakfast at 6:30am, there are already a lot of people. Waiter said that breakfast is 6am. The reception should know the timing!
Still 10 September night, my wifi was not working. Logon details were supposed to be my surname and room number. So they gave me access code instead. Following night, my access got expired. The reception insisted to input the access code - it already expired! Then IT manager called me. I was frustrated because he didn't know the incident on 10 Septembe. LOL. Funny that the reception did not escalate the issue since that day.
The worst thing, everytime I call them, they would ask me to go to the ground floor/reception instead of them coming to me or calling me. Funny
