Very bad service. I waited one and a half hours to check in arriving at 17:30. Wouldn't recommend at all staying here special for business trips.

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. From the moment I parked my car in the underground parking area, I was greeted by an uncomfortable situation – a topless worker in the elevator area, which immediately set a negative tone for my visit. One of the most frustrating aspects of my stay was the room service. I had requested room service at 12 pm, but no one showed up for a staggering 12 hours, leaving me without the services I expected during my stay. Moreover, the condition of the room itself was less than ideal. The room's door had a significant 2 to 3 cm gap, making me feel like the door wasn't securely closed. This not only affected my sense of security but also allowed noise from my neighbor to seep in. I could hear all of her issues, making it incredibly difficult to get a good night's sleep. On the positive side, I was on the 19th floor, and the view from the room was impressive. However, this didn't entirely make up for the other shortcomings. Additionally, the mobile signal on that floor was remarkably weak, and the hotel's Wi-Fi was excruciatingly slow and frequently disconnected, making it challenging to stay connected during my stay. Overall, my visit to this hotel left me disappointed and frustrated due to the issues with room service, the room itself, and the lack of reliable internet connectivity. Despite the good view from my room, these shortcomings overshadowed any positives, and I would hesitate to return or recommend this hotel to others.

Worst hotel to deal with unprofessional and canceled my booking first and last time to book with them and I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone.

ok .. location is bad in general and i only went there coz i had business in the area and had to wait and it was hot. no optimal parking and the one in the basement is not designed to fit big cars as per the reception so i ended up parking in the sun ?. rooms are somewhat cramped and well uncomfortable for my taste as no real space to walk around. bathroom was good but water pressure was low and the mirror mounted on the wall needed to be fixed. after we entered by like 15 min housekeeping tried to enter the room despite the fact that we just went in .. talk about disorganization! AC in the room was good , but rooms are NOT sound proof .. u can hear EVERYTHING outside and in the next room .. no privacy! the saudi receptionist was helpful but the Sudanese one was plain pain in the a** for no obvious reason.. and he kept acting like the boss of the world. despite that i believe the place can be good if they fix the issues .. and ya , limited elevators and space in em .. anyways i hope they imporove soon coz with those prices and place i don't think it will continue easily.. wish u good luck

Poor cleanness, bed sheets were dirty in the inside and had colored spots, the towels were old and more like rags. The rooms are extra spacious and the bathrooms are nearly the size of the room yet smelly, neither is rationally structured.
