We extended and paid for an extra night on our room. We had just ordered lunch and sat down to eat. A visitor came and announced his arrival and the room number.
This is when things turned so odd and uncomfortable and they started requesting our IDS again, even though we were there the whole day and night before.
I requested to finish eating and then i would come down to reception but less than 3 minutes later there are 3 people standing at the door and suddenly not having done anything wrong, suddenly they're in the room saying we've to pack amd leave and would not give us any privacy and to leave the door wide open and it was completely inappropriate and wrong and we just had no desire to extend another meeting.
The icing on the cake, they refused to refund us rhe money we paid 2 hours earlier to extend that afternoon.
I strongly would not recommend this hotel.
