Tourist need a smile ..Because of staffs for sure no one will be able to book this Hotel . Even receptionist behaviour was not ok .Management is not good. Almost all staffs behaviour was 0/10 better to change the staffs . I booked the hotel but regretted! Thank you

Poor service. Never left the room a bath floor towel, so had to use the one hand towel left. Some of the lights weren't working. Food is not very good so I had to order and whilst collecting my food from the lobby multiple staff members, including the manager, rudely confronted me about not being able to eat in the lobby (all I did was check the bag). They also charge you 40aed for wanting to reheat any food in the microwave. No care for customer satisfaction after my complaints. Won't be using here and wouldn't recommend it.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this hotel. From the moment of check-in, they assigned us a cramped room unsuitable for two people. After requesting a change, my medicines were lost in the process. Despite contacting reception over 10 times and expressing the urgency due to the seriousness of the situation, they failed to find them and provided no follow-up. Additionally, when I complained about the absence of toothpaste and soap, their response was dismissive, stating that it's not standard to have them in the room. Communication among the staff was lacking, and they displayed rudeness and indifference. They mishandled important documents, losing my passport scan and, ironically, called me to bring my passport down after I had already complained about the situation. Throughout my stay, I repeatedly requested confirmation for a late check-out, as my flight was at night. Unfortunately, there was no communication on their part regarding this matter. Overall, the staff's lack of professionalism, poor communication, and indifference to guest concerns made this stay my worst hotel experience.

This is the worst hotel. I have been to in my entire life. zero customer service. All the services are rude, and do not respect the visitors who pay money to be here. Plus they don’t respond when I called them for anything to clean or bring water or anything at all . And when I asked them to clean the other room, they didn’t even clean it right only the bed. What should I do with that only? But most of it is how rude the huck those employees are. Especially the girl reception in the night. ‼️I really do not recommend anyone to book in this place at all‼️

They get the lowest score from me . I travel around the world and stay in a different hotel every week. I was not aware that my girlfriend can not join my room at 5 AM when she landed from abroad. The staff was incompetent with providing a solution and was only being rude thinking everyone should be aware of those rules. I’ve been in other hotels in Dubai and no one but them ever practiced that’s. The staff leader - Lea , advised me to leave so I did just that . At midnight I packed up all my stuff left my room at their hotel which I paid $300 for the night and got into a different hotel nearby for another $200 , which surprisingly didn’t care about that rule and let mt girlfriend come over my place. Up until now I was not offered any compensation or a refund . Zero mark from me and I hope people stay away from businesses where staff do not respect customers .
