Customer service is very bad. I manage a team of 5 persons for a field work in Tabouk. We stayed for approx 40 nights during the last 8 weeks. When we requested a late check out due to late return from our fieldwork, the reception gave us only two hours despite that the hotel was empty. They asked for an email request for late check-out, we sent an email, but no response at the time we were leaving for our field work. If the hotel was full I would understand. It is just unprofessional service.

I stayed for two nights in this hotel and It doesn’t disappoint! Huge deluxe room, it has all the amenities you look for in a 5 stars hotel. For me the location was a plus as I was in a business trip so I didn’t want to be stuck in a traffic. Good breakfast options as well. Definitely coming back when in Tabuk?

Definitely the best hotel in town with amazing chefs. Guest service is outstanding, especially concierge. Very recommendable.

I wanted to express my pleasure in staying at this hotel. It is very nice accommodations and hospitality. The rooms and very nice and service was top notch. Rahmadan serviced my room on a daily basis and made sure I had everything i needed to enjoy the comforts of my room. He spoke very good English and always has a smile. He is an exceptional asset to the hotel. Thank you! The rest of the staff including the restaurant staff and front desk concierge were very considerate and helpful.
