Well i had a bad experience with this hotel, during my 5 days stay my room was not cleaned only one time only when i asked for it, the bathroom ceiling was dripping water and made the whole floor wet, i showed the reception to fix it but i had to follow up with them for 2 days to fix this matter, also I had a struggle with sleeping as my room located on the fourth floor street side the sound of the cars on the highway was so load even the window was closed it seems the windows are now noise proof

I booked 1 night at this hotel. In my opinion, this a low 3-star hotel at best - very rudimentary amenities, an annoying smell in the rooms and very noisy. I wouldn't recommend.

They will confirm your booking and then cancel it. I had a horrible experience with them and they have very poor customer service. All their other reviews 4-star reviews are all fake. Trust me you are better off booking another hotel and saving your experience. They have way too much cheap crowd booking and they are running this place like a motel. I have reported my credit card for their scam show.

Reservation made 3 days prior to my arrival via Kanoo, upon which I was informed that no reservation has been made, despite the confirmation received and that they are fully booked. Unprofessional receptionist, pretty bad experience.

This hotel was terrible, for 90$ USD +the VAT which made it 100$ the cleanliness was sooo bad. When we walked into the hotel hallways it was just falling apart and the smell was bad, when we got to the room the smell lingered. We asked them to refresh the room by spraying so we can bare the smell. The vents the walls the bathrooms were stained and looked so bad, we stayed here for only one night, and it was the worst night in Riyadh. We only used the room for sleeping for 3 hours and left because the condition was so bad(we were reluctant to sleep on the bed because even the sheets looked dirty, but was so tired so had to in full cloths?). If you are coming from the US this is not a clean hotel, not to our standards, should be rated 1-2 stars. Cleanliness is big especially for someone traveling and needing to refresh up, and this was one of the worst experiences ever will not book this again.
