The hotel is very bad, the reception guy is very raises he don’t respect the Emirates, when I asked him about my reservation he said we don’t have some one by this name and I already paid by AGODA in the end he accepted and let me in. Secondly the check in is at 3:00 but he said the they are cleaning the room but why you dont finish the cleaning is before I come I entered my room at 4:00 pm. The manager of the hotel is not answer while I am speaking to him and thinks that he is higher than the people. In the end of our trip the workers did not come to take our bags and the guy of the reception is ignoring me and not helpful. The location is very far from the city center and the taxis will be very expensive if you are going to boulevard or winter land. I went to many hotels in my life but this is the worst ?
