Seriously, I’m so glad to write this review for four points by Sheraton, first of all I would to thanks the staff for their hospitality. The hotel is clean and nice and I really recommend this hotel for who’s coming on vacation or business, everything was great starting from staff and facilities.

Very nice and new hotel with a nice sea view . Rooms are very elegant. Very nice staff. It's one of the best hotels in Jeddah.

Excellent location with one of the best views in Jeddah. Staff very helpful, they ago above beyond expectations. Special thanks to Aseel, Abdullah Alzahrani, and Alaa in the Fornt Desk. Maha from Housekeeping as well. They made my stay memorable and hotel becomes my favourite hotel in Jeddah.

Luxury five star hotel with polite great hospitality starting from the reception (ms. Hanoof) who gave me upgrade to high floor room Seaview. They do their best to make the stay magnificent special
