There was inadequate lighting in the room. The fridge was dirty and didnt work. Service is also bad. All in all dont recommend at all.

I came to Makkah with family to perform UMRAH, Its actual distance from HARAM main gate is 700 meter, while distance till inner gate is 1 km, its just a place to cover your head, otherwise services are very pathetic, rooms beds are in bad condition pinching springs through beds you felt backache while sleeping, room and washroom cleaning done but after number of requests, Mostly equipments are broken i.e Shower, lights are not working properly, room key i.e (card) battery is not working properly and you need to go to reception every times to recharge card to unlock your room.Very poor or simply no wifi facility. Simply you need more patience to stay there. However better thing is its elevators works better. All food and other groceries are near and accessable.

There is no Wi-Fi and also you can’t use cellular service in Room because No Signal. Lifts always busy and staff is not professional

Worst service ever, Receptionists don't understand English or any other language at all. Water was out for 6 hours, had to use washrooms of other hotels.
