It was the worst experience in terms of reception at the hotel. Initially there were a misunderstanding regarding pre-booking and the manager named Hamdy behaved too rude. He was about to reject us and threaten us not to provide any room. Later on they were better in behaviour. The front desk service were poor. If you are not Arabic speaking, they are not friendly with you. They even did not care about their reputation and racist behaviour to non Arab. Even after all those, stay at hotel was satisfactory. But if you think to spend less for food, the location is not for you. There are hardly any reasonable priced restaurants nearby. You will get budget restaurant with good food in Al-Ruwais area near Nahdi pharmacy. The rooms were spacious and amenities were available. But they didn't prepare the room well. Room carpets need to replaced

Front desk was very slow and not familiar with computer keyboard. Room carpet was dirty and should have been replaced.

Excellent and reasonable price. There are two floors of parking for the girl's car, and she welcomed us, and her morals were high. The Egyptian employee, the boy Sagir, was once respectful and highly moral. I had two notes. There are no bathroom shoes, and this is the worst thing for a guest and a customer. Positives: - Close to all services and Palestine Street. The Corniche (the fountain). The cleanliness of the hotel and the spaciousness of the rooms. - Its prices are very reasonable. - Cleaning workers of Filipino nationality, and their cleaning is wonderful and their morals are sweet. Negatives : Their cleaning service is delayed upon request. There are no windows for ventilation. There is no oven for light cooking. - Lack of privacy between apartments (I mean, you can hear family conversations from the apartment next to you)
