I have spent 2 weeks here and really enjoyed a relaxing stay! Their staff is their key point of strength. Reception team, especially Mr. Mohamed AlNajjar is very helpful and friendly. The housekeeping team is polite and attentive. Hotel location is great as it's in Tahlia Street, a walking distance from the centre of Olaya vibrant district

Worst experience I have ever had. From 1 towel and 1 toilet roll for three guests and beg to get more...shower sprays the entire bathroom,broken toilet, air conditioner does not work and no housekeeping unless you ask ( towels are a hot commodity so they are always out)

I spent 4 nights here this month. I paid roughly £94 a night without breakfast. My room was a good size but I got a shock when I eventually went to the bathroom where I saw that the middle part of the shower door was missing. When showering, the water sprayed out onto the bathroom floor. Noise from a generator on the outside of the building made sleeping difficult. I was able to buy a reasonable breakfast for 30 Riyals (£7). I am disappointed with the quality of my stay here and cannot recommend it.
