We love this hotel. Is shuttle bus still running? I will appreciate if someone can let me know. I tried to email hotel about shuttle but nobody answered. My wife an and I are planning again to stay in this hotel in November 2023. Please hotel management let me know about shuttle service. Thanks

They call it 4-star but services/facilities are not up to the mark. A Better option among 3-star hotels. Food quality really bad.

The greatest thing about this hotel is the shuttle bus to Alharam. Almost every 20 minutes there is a bus. Friendly staff, they respond quickly to the requests and offer solutions for any issue that may happen. In general a good experience there! The breakfast was not that good so I do not recommend it.

The hotel is very good, the cleanliness of the room is very wonderful, the room service of tea, coffee and water is wonderful. Abu Bakkar is fast in service, the room is very clean, the bathrooms are very clean, and the towels and shampoo are always changed .

The hotel is very close to Masjid Al Haram and buses take people to the Mosque every 10 minutes. The hotel itself is below average. They do not have any microwaves in the entire hotel and the restaurant inside the hotel is very unhelpful in this regard. The WiFi barely works, it wouldn't even load a picture. There are no restaurants nearby, all the shops under the hotel have stuff for tourists to take back home.

Elaf Bakkah Hotel is a 4 star hotel in mecca. It’s 4 km from both the Great Mosque of Mecca and Zamzam Well. Hotel offers flat-screen TVs, minifridges, free Wi-Fi, plus tea and coffeemaking equipment. Upgraded rooms offer modern decor. Room service is available 24/7. Market laundry restaurant and barber just right next door. The hotel have 24H shuttle bus. Hotel has a coffee shop and a lobby lounge. The staff is friendly. They also have separate prayer room for male and female.
