Bad, bad, bad, disgusting, dirtiest hotel in the world, bad management, failed reception, and self-loathing service The first day comes and you have not received your room. The rooms are not cleaned or tidied until after you reach the hotel, and they are not prepared until after dinner at 9 or 10. There are no services of any kind. And it is impossible for them to answer the phone, except that if you need anything during the stay, they will not come to you until after you come down to them. More than ten times.. Their cards must be renewed every day. If you go out and come back and the door is not opened for you, you must go down to them and they renew them.. The water heaters are ruined, and the TV requires a magnifying glass to see. In short, it is a great decision. Do not be tempted by the price, which is not worth a star

Only good thing about this hotel is location. Very close to corniche and King Fahad fountain can be seen from the street. The staffs are worst if its kind. I checked two rooms and both of them were full of water at the floor. Dont know why and no one answered also. Had to spend two nights, had no other choice. Strictly avoid.

Frankly, I was surprised by the hotel. The hotel is really not clean, and the pictures here and in Booking are different from reality. The rooms are not clean. The floor is all stained and horribly dirty. The bathroom does not have towels. The hall is small, and the curtain is not dimmable.

The worst experience ever.. No towels.. No phone.. No hot water in my room
