A friend faced this - there were cockroaches on the pillows 2 nights in a row. So it is time to rethink this place to begin with.

This below is my review which is based on personal experience in the month of January 2024:
- The location of this place is a 10 mins walk from a Danube and a bunch of restaurants. The area is relatively quiet.
- The rooms are really small, cramped, has really old furniture and no windows. The bedsheets are not washed properly and when I informed them that there are yellow stains that look like oil stains,, the cleaner said it's just rust and it's "fine". Only after insisting three times, he agreed to change the bedsheet. The replacement sheet was no prize either.
- The rooms have a damp, moist smell throughout the day and there's no way to air out the room.
- The toilet fittings are broken and barely work well enough to get a shower in or use the toilet.
- Not all the electrical sockets work well.
- The sofas were last upholstered in the 1990's and probably still has the stains from that era. Think old school brown flower patterns that grandma liked in the 90's.
- The TV is old school as well .. Imagine the second generation flat screens; at least a decade old and 32 inches.
- The average cost is about SAR 3,500 for a month but it's certainly not worth it. You can get it at a daily rate of SAR 150/- approx as well.
- Kids from families staying in the apartments on the same floor create noise and nuisance through the night.
- The caretakers are not always available for resolutions to problems.
- Look for alternative serviced apartments. Here's a tip: If the lobby looks grand and is clean, the rooms are better than average.
