Amazing location for airport, also very clean and great staff.

First of all, I would like to thank Mohamed (the Egyptian guy ) in the hotel restaurant for his professional hospitality and for making sure everything was okay during my breakfast"„Big thank you,Mohamed!" Moreover, the hotel check-in was so easy, the location is super great, around 10 minutes from the airport by car, and the rooms are very clean and cozy. Highly recommended

The hotel is just awesome, great property, state of art Gym , spacious rooms and super courteous staff !! The behaviour of the staff is what truly make the experience worth while!! ( Special shout out for Mr Mohammed from the restaurant ??) !! This hotel is highly recommended..!!

This was one of the best hotel I visited during my visit to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. I absolutely loved my experience here, everyone was so welcoming and friendly and they always make sure your request and needs were met. *They go above and beyond, and treat you like family. The Rooms Living rooms and bathrooms are so specious neat and cleaned. And our stay was really comfortable. Also, a special shout out to Ms. JAWAHER ALGHAMDI. She is very Humble, Polite, Helpful, and goes extra mile to provide and extraordinary customer services and hospitality to their guest. She’s well knowledgeable as has got good knowledge about this beautiful country, city and hotel. And I would like to sincerely appreciate Miss Leen.. for giving us a warm and sincere welcome when we arrived. She’s so helpful and goes extra mile to provide their guest to have a comfortable and hassle free stay. Leen was a breath of fresh air. And Mr. Yusuf at reception... Whenever anyone visiting this hotel please meet this Humble personality. Mr. Yusuf is someone Who is really helpful, understandable, polite, responsible and he always attends everyone’s queries with a genuine smile. doesn’t matter how busy he is. And his grooming MaashaAllah. And yes he is a dreamer and InshaAllah very soon he is going to achieve his biggest dream. May Allah bless you Yusuf, Leen and Jawaher. You guys been really amazing. Pleasant place to stay in with amazing staff members. They are super friendly and helpful, especially Ms. Leen, who was willing to help anybody at any time. Highly recommended!
