The hotel is nice, clean and tidy, and the reception is good, but the room service is very bad. If I ask for something, they are very late, despite the middle of a week, nor is it a vacation, and the hotel is almost empty. I asked for a baby bed for 50 riyals per night. A quarter of an hour, no one came, the last time we went down and found 3 room service people sitting empty or john!!!!
