I don't know how is it rated as 4 stars! Not clean at all, no services, a lot of damaged and malfunctioning items in room's toilet, electricity, beds ..... Toilet ceiling eas green and spotting water over our heads, Moldy and smelly too! Electrical buttons was shocking us when we used them Room telephone wasn't working! House keeping never came for service unless we asked for it several times Just don't expect anything here!

The worst hotel experience ever. Never will I recommend this to any of my friends or family travelling to Makkah The rooms were filthy and stinking of urine and garbage nearly at all floors Unhygienic

It’s really old And super dirty Our tour switched to this hotel without telling us in advance so we ended up having to stay here for 3 nights. Carpets are filthy - never vacuumed or any room service provided during our stay. The room service people knock very loudly and open the door as they will with the main cards during day of check out with no patience or consideration that women could be inside. Bathrooms are also extremely old and grimy. Breakfast is basic - 2-3 main items including sausages and eggs and bread. The door cards provided do not work and most door locks are broken. If your card doesn’t work , you’ll have to go to the reception each time to get it sorted out. It’s about a 6-7 min walk to the haram which is literally the only good thing about it. There is a nice restaurant right beside it. Also forgot to mention, the lifts take centuries. There are so many people and so much movement that it is impossible to get a lift to go down/up for a good 10-15 mins each time. I’m shocked to see this poor standard of hygiene and how there is NO upkeep of the hotel whatsoever. Just because people will stay because of umrah and hajj does not mean any hotel chain should take advantage and make customers live in filth.

The worst experience in mecca. I have stayed before in 3 or 4 star hotels never have I ever received such a horrible staff during 6 days of stay got my room cleaned only once that too after saying to reception 5 times. Rooms are not cleaned Service is not good. Wifi never literally works. Was completely blacked out for two days.

Not crowded . Clean .nice lounge
