We picked this place because it was in close proximity and cheap. We were arriving at 4am so booked an extra night. However we were not able to check in until 9am because there were no rooms and oy 1 staff member on which of course delayed our Umrah. Room was ok and clean. Bathroom was small. Service was ok during stay but not enough staff However the area is perfect and buzzing with lots of restaurants and cafes around.

This hotel looks very impressive in the reception area or the corridors. It has two restaurants and a prayer room. The food is very good and worth the cost. It is a good 15 minute walk from the Haram. The shower areas had doors missing. The shower pipe was leaking from several places. The water was leaking from the shower area and flooding the rest of the bathroom area. It was difficult to get someone to help. There are several lifts but during busy times, it is very difficult to get access to one of them. The rooms are adequate in size. I think if the hotel carries out essential repairs particularly in the bathrooms and improves its responsiveness, it could be a good place to stay. There are plenty of food, laundry and general shopping places around the hotel.

I found my stay at Emaar Grand Hotel in Makkah to be mediocre. While the location is convenient, I was disappointed by the overall experience. The rooms were average, and the service was not up to my expectations. I gave it 3 stars due to its proximity to important sites, but there's definitely room for improvement.

Location wise. Thae Hotel is good But services specially restaurant is the worst I ever had in my life. Food is always bland no taste. Careless staff. Rooms are old no repair work have been done for a long time . And so many other problems.

This very good hotel when you compare other makkah hotels. The room is also clean, but the cupboards and the corner of the bed are not clean. But it was 10 min walk to the haram masjid. Their staff is poor communication with us. Every one hour their giving transportation for haram in this hotel they have masjid room, restaurant, parking etc. But there are no one working their restaurant. And highly recommend for this place when comapre with hotels.

Dar Aleiman Grand Hotel is a 3 star hotel in Makkah. A very large hotel comprising 20 floors with more than 640 rooms. Rooms are clean, spacious and in better conditions. All of the workers are doing a tremendous job. You will be amazed by the great hospitality offered. Rooms are available at a very good price. Located on the main road, half a kilometer from Haram. A variety of foods available inside and outside the hotel. Other amenities include 2 informal restaurants, as well as a casual coffee shop.
