The hotel suck We book here in advance but when we arrive they said the room is not available so they down grade and just refund to us with a ticket of 3 discount on buffet which not good also hotdog from 3 for 15 sar,pancake that are cold, orange taste like made last night and guest what no wifi function on saudi day it self

Didn't like the experience. Not up to the mark. There were no slippers and just one towel. The bathroom looked rusted. The room didn't smell fresh. The hot water kettle didn't work properly. It was of cheap quality and burnt my figures. They kept just one cup for tea. For everything we had to ask the housekeeping to provide. The breakfast was okay. Supply was short on new items. And pancakes and crepes tatted stale. Won't go back there again.

If you are traveling alone, having business nearby, it is a decent place. Prices are good, parking is available, and the young filippino is such a gentleman. However, if you are with a family, or sharing room with someone, then a big NO. the washrooms are not made for sharing rooms. Glass would seem like such a brilliant idea, but the implementation is horrible. No privacy whatsoever.

Environment is good. Location is easily accessible. Room was good but lightning was not up to the mark. Bathroom needs some attention.
