Spacious rooms, friendly staffs (especially Filip), quiet areas, large breakfast area, comfy lobby. Perfect for short getaway. The only downsides are the elevator mechanism, hard to operate with the key card (not efficient) and small pool area and sauna. Other than that, it was a very comfortable short vacation. Would love to be back.

Everything was good. Including staff, room, and food. Location is good for the tourist as the beach and mall are quite nearby. We walked from the hotel, and just a few steps away, we found a food street. I don't know the name, but just crossing the road, there was a food street. The breakfast at the hotel was really good and fresh

Over its very nice hotel located in the heart of Khobar area . Spacious rooms, keeping it near and clean Checkin process was smooth.. service was not bad .. room service guys are not picking their phones often.. They have nice restaurants in M floor .. parking also available in basement Surrounded by lot of local restaurants and shops ., over all the stay was good

Ive stayed here many times, its starting to show its age, but the service is good. The buffet is expensive and the food varies widely with quality and choice, one day its good and then the next, the chicken, beef and lamb are dry and very tough. Overall a good value, but still recommended checking out others in AlKhobar

Staff is really nice, attentive and respectful. Rooms are standard for the Hotel type. Breakfasts are really good and have a whole lot of variety. Dinning is good. Overall a 3.5 to 4 star hotel.
