Very unlike a Crown Plaza. Coffee shop is unattended- you repeatedly need to request the reception counter to send someone to attend to you. Reception counter is very under attended. Just one person. No lobby manager On the whole - a very mediocre experience. Probably should have been better to opt for a Grand Hyatt or Sheraton. Surely will avoid staying here in future.

I'm just wondering if all of Saudi Arabia's residents eat at the restaurant. It always filled up. Delicious food. Good staff.
