I recently ordered the garlic chicken kebab at Marriott, and unfortunately, it was a complete disaster. The kebab arrived fully blackened, indicating immature cooking and an overpowering charcoal taste leaving a sour taste in my mouth. This level of quality is unexpected from a star hotel like Marriott. To make matters worse, the chef insisted that the dish was prepared correctly, In Riyadh, there are plenty of places where you can find excellent meat, but unfortunately, this experience at Marriott fell far short of expectations.

Modern hotel with spacious rooms, new furniture, comfortable bed, usb charging ports on either side of the bed. Good WiFi coverage in the room and throughout the hotel and gym. Shower water pressure is good. Gym is quite small with basic weights and one machine. The indoor swimming pool is delightful, heated and has a jacuzzi next to it, which is very relaxing. The breakfast buffet was great, big variety of foods and desserts with an egg station and a Fool station.

Spacious rooms with great view facing KAFD. We love the pool & jacuzzi. Staffs were hospitable & accommodating. Complimentary infused water & arabic coffee is available. I love that they have free map available & activity pamphlet.

the location is good....BUT.... I am giving the low rating for two reasons: 1. I stayed in a room with one wall with a big mirror on the other side of the window which has the building decoration light in front of it which annoyed me since the curtains don't close tightly. 2. I asked them to switch my room to another one without the wall-mirror or without the lights outside of the window but they didn't help. 3. I tried a croissant with chocolate during breakfast and it wasn't fresh, it was like at least five days old since it was very hard and crunchy which means they don't check the food. 4. I saw a chef through remaining excessive oil from the omelets frying pan into the deep fryer.

Loved saying here, rooms are clean. View was okay, the location is very nice and central. Staff are well trained and extremely hospitable, always smiling. Had an issue with an connecting room, it was loud for us, but asked reception to move us and they did so. Room service food fast and food was good. They speak English and Arabic. Bathroom are clean, however be sure you bring your own toothpaste, their dental kit was just toothbrush. And my only cretic would be toothbrush was plastic, maybe wood to be more eco. And speaking of eco, my favorite thing was the preserve water signs, that’s so lovely to see this kind of care. Thank you for a wonderful stay
