Very bad service. Staff uncooperative. Food just you can eat, not tasty. Room service very bad, didn't bring food on time. Bell service is also bad. You have to wait 15 to 30 minutes. We brought our luggage down ourselves. Receptionist very uncooperative. They couldn't book a taxi for us. Bathroom has two holes under mirror. Shower water flows in main bathroom

Excellent staff and service. Check in was easy at the Hilton Honors desk. Mohammad Al Sini at the reception to the lounge was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The cleaning staff were courteous and did their job so well. I’d recommend Conrad Hilton to anyone.

Perfectly situated to get to Haremsherif swiftly. Super rooms - absolutely everything you need and clean. Service is also first class. Wonderful experience her. Would highly recommend.

All was best, the front desk was helpful, the guards was friendly. The food was great.. Walking distance to Makkah. Only their room service a bit slow (maybe because the large number of customers)
