Stayed at the Conrad for Hajj 2024. Excellent service, food and hygiene. Really friendly and attentive employees from housekeeping, reception and the restaurant. Good variety of fresh food, catering for many nationalities. Excellent room facilities. Would Definitely recommend the Conrad for a hajj or Umrah trip.

I visited for Hajj 2024 and I found my experience in this hotel unrivalled. The hotel is truly the best in Makkah. The rooms are lovely and spacious and bedding fresh and clean. The pillows are quality and housekeeping had the room ready to the highest standard. I cannot fault this hotel at all and the stand out feature has to be the breakfast and dinner service. The food was fresh and tasty, there was a good variety of food to suit the taste of everyone. There were plenty of waiter staff and an abundance of seating. I would like to give a special shout out to Helal for providing excellent and professional service during Breakfast service. Please pass on my comments to management. Regards Ismail K

Ferdus was my housekeeper and took very good care of us. My father was sick and he cleaned the room so well. He was the best housekeeper that I’ve seen in a long time. He’s a great person.

Received excellent service from Muhammad Ali at the check-in desk. He was very welcoming and helpful throughout the stay. The housekeeping service was great and we were assisted by Ramlah who was always willing to assist in making the stay more comfortable. Would definitely recommend, spacious clean rooms and exceptional service.

Everything about the stay was wonderful. The room and lobby smell amazing, I want whatever air freshener they use. The room was so spacious and the bathroom absolutely stunning. The people working are super friendly and wanting to help. Besides the accommodations the hotel is literally a 2-3 min walk from the main gate- King Fahad gate, all you have to do is cross the road and you are there! It was very convenient, and also it being attached to a mall made shopping for gifts and other items very easy. I would come and stay with them again 10/10 experience.
