Room was nice and clean. Staff is very friendly. There is a decent gym and a open pool at roof. Gym is decent but floor is very dusty. Location is not bad.

The personal ist very friendly Special thanks to the Lifeguards at the Swimming Pool Odei and Muhammed. Reception ist very Helpful. ( Thanks Abdurrahman and Salha ) Very good breakfast (Thanks you Usman) The Rooms are exellent and Clean.

Good hotel with almost all amenities, Reception team is also good. They maintain a quality standards ?. Rooms are clean, Only issue i had was with the parking gate to the basement. It wont open ? with the first try .... Worth for the price. Their buffet is good with many options. Al baik is near to this hotel. Outside view was not that great ... but its ? ?. ?

I think it is the best 4 star hotel to stay in Jeddah. 5 star comfort. Friendly welcome, clean rooms, modern design, silence
