Reception is very friendly, abdelkarim helped us in room selection, the head of bell boy gave us a hotel toor visit including the rooftop. The rooms are clean the hotel is well managed taking care of cleanliness. Quite and comfortable with great view of city and waterfront.

I celebrated my birthday last November 12,2023 Absolutely amazing! The place is beautiful and staff are super friendly Specially Nel the Filipino in C.taste international buffet the food is delicious. Rajesh in C.view very attentive. Plus it's all at affordable price. Can totally recommend it and will definitely come back again.

Good 4 star. Needs more breakfast variety it's kind of poor The soap and shampoo are bad quality they will damage your hair ,the receptionist ( the females ) always look angry and don't have the attitude and attention for being a hotel front The roof cafe needs to add more items Great location, but prices are high compared the offered services

Breakfast is not even ok. There is no slippers in room, water is so weak in rooms. But internet connection is the worst one i have ever seen. Location is good. There is market opposite side of the street. Its close to nice restaurants.

Not impressed with hospitality services offered. The hotel is very aesthetically pleasing to the eye. It falls very short of the star rating. The room cleaning service was sub par as was the laundry service. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
