Very nice hotel with excellent and friendly staff and good facilities. Initially i searched for a comfortable accommodation as close to Kingdom Arena, so the location was not a central one, but suitable for my purpose. Awesome steakhouse within the hotel, with zero wine or beer available whenever)) In-room there were couple of things that looked a bit second-hand or worked improperly (like body-lotion in a semi-filled bottle or non-working electronic-room-service), but in general everything was good, and the personnel - very gentle and attentive.

It’s always great to be back to Marriott, specially JW, their services are quite good and health clubs are at par. Breakfast has plenty to offer but it still has room to improve in terms of addition non gluten and non dairy options.

Very comfortable room. Nice touch with a chocolate plate as a welcome gift for the room. Only spent 2 nights. The bathroom had both a shower room and a bathtub. The bed was very comfortable. The wireless charger, although a nice idea was super slow to charge.

The hotel rated 5-star, is a little distant from the Financial District and the major shopping. We had a suite, two rooms, but closet in bedroom can’t open as bed and night stands fill the room. There is a kitchenette but no dishes, cutlery, or cooking gear. The service staff are excellent, and the views from the rooms are great. There are options for dining which includes a steak house and a huge outdoor dinning room, Pork & Pipe with a giant video screen, open evenings.

Excellent hotel. Excellent staff. Beautiful rooms with a grand view of the city. I stayed two days for a business trip. Ahmed and Girish from the breakfast kitchen (floor 3) were especially courteous and helpful to me and so was the concierge and reception staff. Service was excellent overall. Gave a four star because 1. The shower head (standing) had water coming at extremely high pressure (even at it's lowest notch) and the pipe was tight to move. 2. it's extravagantly expensive - to an extent some may consider disproportionate for the additional amenities provided. 3. The outdoors ladies pool was deserted and dimly lit. (At night )
