Well priced. Decent rooms. The service could be better though. Also the quality of kitchen items need to improve tremendously. All the plates, spoons, cups glasses, etc. Were in horrible unhygienic conditions. The main advantage of this hotel is the location. Situated bang in the center of the Balad market. So it's a good location for a business stay.
