Just received a call from an employee at the hotel He told me that the hotel will be closed during my confirmed booking timings ! When I requested a formal email stating what the phone call was about the employee said he will let the management know about my request ! I called the manager ( i know his number because i had another issue previously 👎🏼) he said that he will investigate it and will let me know Whats going on … Very weird experience with this hotel . I really regret ever considering booking my stay at riyadh with them. 👎🏼

I came here for an event held by internations app, to the hotel open Buffett restaurant, but the thing is there was no such thing as what we had been promised, we couldn't swim no DJ no fans AC can barely make it, I was sweating to a point that decided to leave. the open Buffett was the only thing that was offered with full charging fee I've contacted the host of the event and she said that the hotel, restaurant management have apologized for such circumstances, that's ok, things happen but, you can't charge full price with that. they could've tell the recipetionist to tell guests about these occurrence, so the guests can decide that moment or charge guests with less price. first and last time.

The customer service here is completely disappointing and unacceptable!! The receptionist lady tells me (there is no one to serve you)! everyone is busy when I order the room service menu, which is supposed to be inside the villa, and I do not tell you about the bad quality of food that was provided to us. lastly but not least floors in the bedrooms are wiped with a dirty cloth which caused a cloudy layer

They are using a diffuser machine to remove the smoking smell from the room. Its tooo strong, You can test the perfume all the day and night, my skin started to itchy, really its the worst smell. and because its a villa two floors, the stairs has no handles, so you need to be careful. The furniture is too old and so used, of course I will not recommend it to anyone.

I have just checked out and honestly speaking all the staff were very polite and the place has a great location BUT during my stay the internet stopped working for 4 hours the bathroom had a noise problem and took a couple of hours to fix all the phones wouldn’t work so we had to repeatedly walk to the reception and complain and on the last night of our stay the electricity shut off for a couple of hours . I expected this place to be very luxury and professional but all they could offer is politeness with no follow ups just words .
