The shisha guy is the nicest person ever ,but i will not come back the weather is hot no ^AC^ imagine you are in Riyadh and no ^AC^they don't cover the left side of pouche every one is looking at you in the street most inportant the weather was freaking hot .i don't recommend.

Very bad, never again and will never recommend it. Very poor customer service by Mohammad (Reception Manager), they lie and they don’t consider any emails or services confirmed by Booking. Had to complain to Booking and their Head-office which took hours to receive a call by manager and hardly accept the fact and service that i got it confirmed by email earlier. Poor breakfast ( 2 stars) and very loud noise from the street. Dirty and no fresh towels or bed covers and they smell bad.

Bad service. I phoned the unified number to enquire about the suhoor menu. I was told Yarmouk and 2 other branches have the suhoor offer. However when I arrived the receptionist was cluess and so was the waiter at the cafe. They did not know what I was talking about. This is unacceptable behaviour from the call centre and staff!

Very bad & terrible experience and last time to visit this Braira hotel or hustle I’m strongly not recommending such place and unprofessional service.
