Tow stars for location, rome service, and for facilities (like shampoo, toothbrush, soap, and tissue ) But unfortunately it’s Dirty, and a bad smell, like urine and the carpet was too old and dirty there is no facilities like a microwave I gave thim my abaya to wash and they bring it back with a bad smell like urine also

It was bad experience ,dirty old ,furniture ,dark rooms and too expensive (738)SR per night . The front desk was friendly.

For those who want invoice under Company: This hotel made excuses that they can't give invoice under Company with VAT. I waited for 1 hour and 20 minutes for and finally got invoice related with Company. Very very bad experience.
