1. Worst place to have a stay. My experience is below:
Even though my booking was confirmed and my name is showing in their system, they were saying my payment was not received. I even received booking cinfirmation ID from hotel reservation. Without they receiving payment how can they issue a booking confirmation ID. When questioned about this they are not uttering a word other than they didn't receive payment. It was actually miscommunication from hotel reservation team and hotel reception team. I even got email from hotel reservation team that the payment was received by the hotel and can proceed to check in. As a customer it is not my job to verify their internal procedure regarding payment confirmation. Even they don't have a clear procedure in contacting even their own team. They were not even bothered to contact their reservation team either. They kept me waiting for 3 hours 20 minutes in reception area. Receptionist was a bit arrogant. In a place where hospitality is an important factor, their behaviour was not at all good.
2. Rooms look like old, especially bathroom and toilet. Not at all a 4 star kind hotel. Worst part is the room doesn't have enough socket for plugging laptop or mobile charger.
3. Socket to plug in kettle was not even in a convenient way. I had to carry to another place to plug in kettle
4. Service boys were kind and helpful.
5. Receptionist don't know English and I had to talk with the service boys to translate to Arabic.
6. The breakfast was OK , not as good menu for a 4 star hotel. It was below par when compared to a 3 star hotel IBIS riyadh which have a very good breakfast menu , room, service etc..
Overall a worst experience from a hotel stay and not at all recommended.
