Hotel doesnt have a spacious entrance, very near the busy highway... We ate at the buffet section (eat all you can) Food is okay but very little serving - no refill on most of the main dish after it was consumed by earlier guests... Not so friendly and accomodating staffs ?... Would i recommend eating there? Nah, i guess not... There are other restaurants that will satisfy you both on food quality, quantity and service...

It’s alright for khamis mushait but from a person who went to many 5 star hotels outside and inside of Saudi Arabia it’s not that impressive it’s very basic it’s more like a 3 star hotel at best to be honest they need go be more luxurious and hire actual professional staff with training the pool is ok the rooms are a 4/10 at best for the price and the location is very awful i hope it can improve.
