Good hotel and good prices. Recommend for it’s location. Buses move’s to Haram almost every hour. Room service are friendly but elevators (4) are not enough compared to number of floors Rooms are 7/10

Very nice hotel. Shuttle is working properly. Anytime if you come out from hotel, shuttle will be waiting and within 3-4 minutes youʼll reach Masjid al-Haram. Rooms are clean. Staff is friendly.

Excellent Hotel. Great shuttle service. Well behaved and mannered staff. Fast check in Currently I am in the hotel till 9th oct. Everything is up to the mark. 13 th Floor has very good view.

Nice, clean and quiet hotel. Service is also good. Stayed for a week in a 3 bed room with two small children. Room has basic facilities including electric kettle, hot water, AC and safe for valuables. Room size was good and staff was good and courteous. Most of staff except one can only communicate in Arabic. The hotel is a bit far from Haram but there are free buses available during prayer times for Haram just in front of hotel gate. Parking facility was not available during my stay. Overall the experience was good.
