All are good.. but room service is worst. Requested to refill sugar for multiple times over phone and and directly went to reception, but no service received. Same case for water. We bought water from outside at midnight.

What is this !? i payed so much money for this hotel but what I got was not worth it at all. There was hair on the beds and the buffet was very bad. The staff and hotel workers were very very rude and I’m never coming back here. Please save your money and spend it somewhere else.

Very bad cleaning hotel, although is a new hotel. Please note that most of the rooms carpet as per the picture. I have checked 4 rooms, and I found them the same situation. In the end, I had to take the one in the pictures. Also, Their elbows are not comfortable.
